Shelton’s Pride has been in business in Austin, Texas and the surrounding counties for over 6 years. We have been in central Texas for over 30 years. We have a total of over 90 years experience with the technicians and comfort specialist that work for us hear at Shelton’s Pride.

Shelton’s Pride Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. provides central dispatching from office location in Austin, Texas with nextel radios and cell phones. We have over 15 vehicles in our fleet with a master mechanic that looks at each vehicle once a week so we can provide excellent customer service. All trucks our equipped with ladders and specialty tools to provide proper service on all types of buildings or problems.

Shelton’s Pride employee’s our insured with workman’s compensation, drug free enviroment and testing, registered through the State of Texas. This is a new law that requires all service, maintenance, and installation technicians to have a criminal background check through the State Of Texas.

Shelton’s Pride provides the best training in Austin, Texas for their employee’s. We have a unique in house training room that has over 15 air conditioning and heating units that our different brands and are fully functional to provide hands on training with our employee’s. We provide air testing and air balancing training, static pressure training and diagnosing, and in depth training on each brand of equipment such as (electrical wiring, refrigerant pressures, proper maintenance, etc). We provide over 250 in house hours of training a year. We also provide outside training through different resources such as: ACCA air contractors of America, American Standard/Trane, Carrier, Rudd, Advanced diagnostic specialist, National Comfort Institute (Air Balancing Testing), etc. We provide approximately 200 hours outside training.

We have highly trained office staff such as customer service staff, dispatching staff, and in house accounting staff. We provide excellent training for all of these categories.
